We founded G2 Consulting Group in 2018 because we wanted to help organizations solve mission-critical challenges that impede their ability to impact their communities, grow and be successful.
We incorporate lessons learned through years of experience to craft real, practical solutions to these challenges. We bring relevant experience related to business development, project design and implementation, project and organizational management, qualitative and quantitative evaluation, and fiscal management.
We have experience working with Federal, State, and local governments as well as small, medium, and large companies and not-for-profits to create sustainable success. We know that each organization is unique, and each requires a distinctly different approach. That’s why at G2, we tailor solutions to fit our clients’ needs, taking into account their individual challenges, priorities, and way forward. We work with leadership teams to put their organizations on the right path to success.
